America got talent 2019 Odds & Picks (Season 14)

Season 14 of America's Got Talent has hosted so many incredible contestants this summer. With that being said, only a small handful have risen to the very top. Even some of the judges' golden buzzer selections  Joseph Allen (Howie Mandel's pick), Luke Islam (Julianne Hough's pick), and Sophie Pecora (Brad Paisley's pick) — were eliminated during the quarterfinals and semifinals. Needless to say, it's really competitive this year.

But for those acts who did make it past the quarterfinals and semifinals, they now will compete on the two-night season 14 finale on September 17 and 18.

Tyler Butler-Figueroa +400

One of this season's most emotional moments came when Simon asked the 11-year-old violinist how he felt after he auditioned with Kelly Clarkson's song "Stronger." Tyler, who was bullied after being diagnosed with leukemia, responded, "I'm feeling really proud of myself." Simon then told the young musician that he wanted to "say something to his bullies" and pressed the golden buzzer. In the quarterfinals, Tyler stunned again with his take on Swedish House Mafia's "Don't You Worry Child." After finding out he had made the semifinals, Tyler said once again,“I’m just still feeling very proud of myself.” As he should.

Benicio Bryant +600

When Benicio walked onto the stage during judge cuts, Julianne immediately said she was excited to see the 14-year-old singer again. Coming off a very strong first audition, the young vocalist decided to perform his original ballad entitled "Here Goes Nothing." Out of all the young performers during round four of judge cuts, Benicio seemed to intrigue the judges the most. Guest judge Jay Leno gushed that the teenager's song made it feel like everyone was looking “directly into his heart.”

Voices of Service +1200

As if the Voices of Service didn't shine enough in the first round, they especially brought their harmony A-game to the judge cuts round when they belted out "See You Again." At the end of their second-round performance, Simon applauded the quartet and asked that they go even bigger in the quarterfinals.

Emanne Beasha +1200

Emanne said she was nervous going into the judge cuts round, recognizing that she was competing against several other extremely talented vocalists. As it turns out, she had nothing to worry about. After flawlessly performing "Caruso," the 10-year-old opera singer received endless praise from the judges, especially guest judge Jay Leno. "I feel like I'm a witness to something extremely special," he told the young performer before pressing the golden buzzer.

Light Balance Kids +1400

The judge cuts round was really when the Light Balance Kids brought it. While showing off some insane neon glow-in-the-dark effects, the dancers performed a super synchronized routine that guest judge Ellie Kemper absolutely loved – in fact, she loved it so much, that she ended up awarding her golden buzzer to the young contestants. What's more, Simon also gave the dancers a shoutout for their level of commitment.

Ryan Niemiller +700

Ryan's authentic comedy routine impressed the entire judging panel in both the first and second rounds of AGT. Guest judge Dwayne Wade in particular seemed to really get a kick out of his stand-up skills. "You are one of a kind, and you own it. Thank you for those laughs," he told Ryan. At the end of the judge cuts show, the comedian learned that he was moving onto the quarterfinals.

V.Unbeatable +600

The 29-person dance crew danced and flipped their way into the quarterfinals with a heart-pounding routine that left guest judge Dwayne Wade amazed. "My heart is beating at a rapid pace that I haven't felt before," he told the group. Then, in dramatic fashion, Dwayne pressed the golden buzzer.

The Ndlovu Youth Choir +1400

The South African group had all the judges smiling from ear to ear in round one. As if that wasn't enough, the singers delivered an even more goosebump-inducing performance in round two. "What you represent is unity and collectiveness. Beautiful," Julianne told the choir. Simon also added that he didn't think the group could've done anything more to convince the judges that they deserved a quarterfinals spot.

Kodi Lee +200

In the premiere episode of season 14, AGT fans were introduced to singer Kodi Lee. Kodi, who is blind and has autism, wowed all the judges and viewers at home with his spot-on rendition of Donny Hathaway's "A Song for You." His performance moved Gabrielle so much, that she decided to give him the ultimate reward — her golden buzzer.

Detroit Youth Choir +1200

A choir has never won AGT before — but the Detroit Youth Choir may just be the first to break that streak. The group, which is composed of inner-city children, gave the performance of a lifetime with their fun choreography and lively take on Macklemore & Ryan Lewis's "Can't Hold Us." While all the judges gave the troupe raving reviews, the performance was especially moving for Terry. "Every man and woman on this stage represents me and where I came from. I remember sitting at my window in Flint, Michigan, dreaming about wanting to make it and wanting to be here — and they are here," Terry said as he held back tears. Moments later, he gave his golden buzzer to the choir.

Prediction

Considering the aforementioned, we think that the 2019 America's Got Talent Winner will be the favorite - Kodi Lee +200. For the simple reason, that America has never witnessed a talent like such.  And his talent defines the concept of making the impossible possible. So our pick would be for AGT Season 14 is Kodi Lee to win it all.
